Enjoy a very special concert in Onondaga Cave.
Please join us on Saturday, October 18, 2025 for this unique meditation experience.
Onondaga Friends Association is pleased to present this trio of St. Louis musicians and meditators who will provide a 75 minute guided meditation in the serenity and beauty within the Earth.
A Musical Guided Meditation Rooted in the Enneagram, created by Tim Lilly, is a unique experience.
Harp, violin and percussion interweave with spoken word, creating what could be described as the Hero’s Journey, through the Levels of Development. We will follow the path from Source and Essence into the forming of the ego structure, going down level, then climbing back toward presence and light at the conclusion of the 75-minute program.
We have performed the Musical Meditation over the last 18 months at two retreats and at Yoga and Spiritual centers. “Experiencing the Enneagram Musical Meditation was deeply transformative for me. As soon as the music and gentle guidance began, I was transported– into a deep journey of soul that returned me to my Essence. I felt such lightness and joy for days and weeks afterward– like I remembered on a cellular level who I am and what I am here for. I can’t recommend it enough!” Erin Duffy-Burke

The doors open at 5:30 and we will begin seating at 6:00 pm. The doors will be locked at around 6:20, and meditation will start at 6:30 p.m., lasting 75 minutes with no intermission.
Space is limited, and pre-registration is recommended. It is recommended to purchase tickets below. You may also pre-register your name and contact information at onondagafriends@gmail.com and purchase tickets at the door. Please use the onondagafriends@gmail.com email address to reach out to us for any other questions.
Please bring a folding chair to carry in for seating. The cave floor is hard, wet and cold, so chairs are recommended.
For your comfort, we strongly recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and layers, good walking shoes, gloves, hat, and bring a blanket for your lap. The cave is a damp 57˚F degrees, and the trails are occasionally hilly and slippery.
The meditation will be held in the Big Room next to The Twins, an approximately 8-minute walk from the Visitor Center, where we enter. Ushers will be present to assist patrons into and out of the cave, as needed.
There is no food or drink permitted in the cave; however, light refreshments will be available in the Visitor Center before and after the meditation. Restrooms are located in the Visitor Center, as well.
